The Public Library is a perfect place to hold a meeting, and we have meeting rooms at most of our facilities.
Branch Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms of Nashville Public Library branches are available only to established local, non-profit organizations of a public, civic, educational or cultural nature and to governmental agencies. Fees for branch meeting rooms are minimal. Branch Meeting Room Guide.
Private study rooms are available at Bordeaux, Edmondson Pike, Green Hills, and Hermitage. Call the branch to request a reservation.
Main Library Meeting Rooms
The Main Library has major conference facilities and small meeting rooms that may be used by non-profit organizations, government agencies, and businesses for meetings, programs, and conferences. The rooms in the Bridgestone-Firestone Conference Center are rented in 4-hour blocks. Fees vary room by room, and rates are lower for non-profit organizations. Weddings and wedding receptions may not be held at the library.
Our guide to the Main Library meeting facilities includes information about meeting facilities, including rates, room capacities, and basic guidelines. Main Library Meeting Room Guide
