Services & FAQs
Does staff provide reference or research services?
See Services and Fees for a description of the services available and associate fees.
Are there Genealogical Researchers who will do research for me?
The library does not offer in-depth genealogical research services. Below is a list of resources that list genealogy researchers.
Do you send Interlibrary Loans?
Because our collections are often unique, if the Special Collections Division holds the only copies of the materials, they are not loaned out via Inter-Library Loan. Sometimes there will be additional copies available in the library's circulating collection, and if so, these are subject to the library's general ILL policy. The Tennessee State Library and Archives does loan materials via interlibrary loan.
